MARTY SMITH, OWNER

Marty

Marty got started at OnStage as a shampoo tech & stylist in training in October of 1991. Over the following 13+ years, he worked his way up to the Director level and started training and coaching others on the team. It was here that he really found his calling and passion for growing an intentional business that supports its team extremely well.

Marty has trained with many notable brands (Paul Mitchell, Aveda, Oribe and many more) and holds numerous awards and achievements not only in the hair industry but in business and Martial Arts. He’s passionate about providing ongoing educational opportunities to his team, and creating an environment where people can truly love what they do.

Trish

Trish has been with Onstage for 23 years. She and Marty and their daughter moved to the woodlands area in 2005 to open onstage hair salon in magnolia. She has been a hair stylist for 23 years and is a master colorist expert and has been educating other stylist for 15 years. She has won many awards and trained all over the country.

She specializes in color formulation and short haircuts. She is passionate about hair and making women feel their best.
