Haley’s story at On Stage began seven years ago at the front desk, where she quickly became known for her calm presence and the way she made clients feel seen the moment they walked in. Over time, she moved into our training program and built a foundation rooted in consistency, patience, and a genuine love for learning. Today, she steps into her Associate Stylist role with the same steady dedication that has defined her journey.
Behind the chair, Haley brings a warm, approachable energy. She listens closely, communicates clearly, and focuses on creating healthy, reliable results that match each client’s lifestyle. Her work reflects the values she carries outside the salon as a mom of three who loves taking her kids to the park, watching movies, and unwinding with true crime documentaries. She enjoys trying new foods, exploring local spots, and taking on challenges that push her to grow.
Clients appreciate her blend of friendliness and professionalism. She is the stylist who makes you feel comfortable, explains your options, and takes her time to get things right
